Because digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all ebook purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Delivery is considered fulfilled once download access and/or email delivery is made available, regardless of whether the ebook is fully downloaded, opened, or read.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check spam or junk folders. Failure to receive an email due to incorrect contact information or email filtering does not qualify for a refund.

License Grant

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the ebook for personal use only.

You may not redistribute, resell, reproduce, repost, share, or publicly display ebook files in any format. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All purchases and memberships are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content delivered immediately, and you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for content that has already been accessed or delivered.

If a chargeback is filed after content has been accessed or delivered, account access may be immediately suspended or revoked. We reserve the right to provide proof of access, delivery, timestamps, IP address data, email delivery records, and these Terms to payment processors.

Fraudulent chargebacks, disputes, or attempts to bypass our refund policy may result in permanent account termination.

Because all content is digital and instantly accessible, we cannot issue refunds due to canceled cards, expired cards, bank disputes, or payment reversals initiated by the cardholder.

 

8. Technical Issues & Limited Exceptions

While refunds are not guaranteed, we may consider refunds only in cases of verified technical failure where the ebook was not delivered or accessible, at our sole discretion.

 

9. Modifications to Content or Services

We reserve the right to update, modify, replace, or discontinue any digital product, content, membership feature, or service at any time. Such changes do not entitle users to refunds or credits.

 

10. Pricing Errors
